Create a set look to represent your motorcycle club or stand out amongst the crowd with a one off piece. Our step by step process allows you to work with our team and create the perfect addition to any bike.
How it works:
Step 1: Consultation

Step 2: Design
Our designers create visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire and captivate. We work with individuals, organizations and clubs to bring your ideas to life!
Step 3: Prototype
Once the design has been approved, we will render your custom part either by hand or by 3D printing depending on which method best lends itself to your chosen design. Hand modeling requires longer development time, but will give you a truly one of a kind products. 3D printing will give quicker results. Prices vary depending on design and method employed.
Step 4: Production
Once the prototype has been tested for fit and function, a production mold is made. A production mold is required whether you need 1 part or 1,000 parts. Depending on the quantity of parts needed we will select the best mold materials for most cost effective production of your custom part.
Step 5: Delivery
When your production mold has been made, we can finally cast your part. Your part will be cast in stainless steel and finished per your choice of finishes. Price will vary according to the complexity of your custom part.
